TO RESERVE PUPPIES Please fill out our ADOPTION FORM and follow up with an email. Please ask for us to email you our contract to review and approve. Please aks us for the payment information you need to reserve the puppy. Then we will hold a puppy for TWO DAYS for you to get a payment on the way to us and if payment is not on it ways within 48 hours the puppy may be posted back for sale.NOTE: During the first 24 hours of the hold if we do not hear from you regarding the contract and payment arrangments ( in other words no communication from you in first 24 hours of the hold) we will move on to the next person waiting and there will not be a 48 hour hold. ONLINE bank to bank wires are free if you have Wells Fargo, or Bank Of America , otherwise the banks impose a $20 to $35 fee with regular bank to bank wires. Deposits into a branch of my bank in your town is free.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
A minimum of 500.00 holds a newborn puppy until 5 weeks of age. At 5 weeks we require 50% of the total.
The Balance along with any shipping cost is due by the time the puppy is 9 weeks old
Deposits and payments are not refundable if buyer backs out of purchase. One week grace periods given for payments before puppies are placed back up for sale.

RELEASE- Buyers will be given an estimated release date. An actual release date can only be concluded upon the individual progress and development of each puppy.
Flights
Puppies flown will have a health exam and certificate before flying. They will be examined by a licensed Veterinarian.
We fly puppies within the U.S. and Canada. Shipping varies but is usually $300 with Continental airlines. Canada flights $50 additional. Puppies are flown to your nearest major airport that accepts animal shipments.
We place blankets, toy, food and water in carriers. Also a folder with paperwork, vaccine and de-worming information. We do not have hypoglycemia issues. Healthy puppies, no matter how tiny, do not have low blood sugar issues.
REGISTRATION
Our puppies are sold with either AKC or CKC registration. Breeding rights occasional approved at an additional cost if puppy is breeding quality.
Once Buyer Takes Custody the puppy is required be examined within 48 hours . A fecal floatation is required at this initial Vet appointment. You must have the Vet exam and fecal float done within the time frame given in order to activate your health warranty.
NUVET POWDER is required as part of our health warranty and must be continued for as long as the puppy is under our health warranty. Usually just one or two containers will last the entire year. We advise to give half the dose as the full daily dose is too mcuh for a teeny puppy.
Most breeders are now requiring this supplement be given during the active growth period of 3 to 12 months to support bone , organ , brain and connective tissue,less chance of of cancer, and degenerative diseases. .
We ask that you order Nu-Vet from us ( it cannot be bought in stores) as we are your breeder and the Nuvet company keeps records for us.
DIET: We require the puppy be kept on the food we have them on until 5 months old. Ater this age you you may mix with a quality brand of your own for a month and by 7 months the puppy can be on the food you choose as long as it is a top quality brand.
We currently approve for use at 6 months and older: Iams puppy, Bill Jack puppy, Organic Blue Puppy, And Trilogy

WAITING LIST DEPOSITS are nonrefundable and each deposit on the waiting list will go towards purchase of one puppy. If you are buying two puppies we require a waiting list deposit for each puppy. Waiting List deposits are valid for 1 year. If you have not found a puppy within one year you may request a 6 month extention. Waiting list deposits will be forfieted by buyer after 18 months without contact from buyer or without buyer choosing a puppy.
DOUBLE PUPPY PURCHASE: Each puppy is viewed as an individual purchase and contracted as such. A deposit on each puppy will be required. Backing out on one puppy does not allow the funds to be transferred over to the remaining puppy, but rather deposits are non refundable and forfieted if buyer backs out of purchase.
Same applies if the second puppy is not born and your deposit is placed on the waiting list.
