~~~~~~~~~HOW TO HOLD AND RESERVE A PUPPY~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Always assume other families are interested in the same puppy as you are, because we will NOT inform you of others being in line for the same puppy,unless you ask us. In order to hold a puppy for yourself and to prevent others from buying the puppy, you need to ask for a 48 hour hold. You should only ask for a hold if you are sure you want us as your breeder and you are serious about the specific puppy joining your family.The 48 hour hold gives you time to call us ( click HERE for our  phone number) We would like to address questions if you have any. A payment needs to be made within the48 hours in order for us to hold puppy longer. Even wtih puppies on 48 hour hold, If buyer doesn't contact us within 12 hours of the hold being placed, the puppy may be released back for sale, thus not held the full 48 hours.
               ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~DEPOSIT POLICIES~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

On puppies under $2000 deposits are $500 under 6 weeks of age. Over  6 weeks old, 50% down is required

On puppies over $2000  deposits are $1000 under 6 weeks of age. Over 6 weeks old,  50% down is required.

We do sometimes work out payment arrangements if you need them, but payments must be made on the agreed upon times and puppies are not released until they are paid for in full. We do not offer financing currently.

Puppy must be paid in full by 8 weeks of age unless other arrangments have been contracted for puppy to be paid in full by 10 weeks of age.  Deposits go towards the purchase price of the puppy. Deposits are non-refundable and non- transferable, so be sure you want the specific puppy before placing a deposit. We only allow you to change to another puppy if the one you reserve dies or if the puppy, as determined by the BREEDER, develops off course predicted.

There is a one week grace period for the balance being late as long as the buyer give us the courtesty of telling us you will be late, otherwise if we do not here from you when payment is due we will send you a reminder email and phone call request for payment. After the one week grace period ends,without any contact from the buyer, payments are forfieted and puppy is released back to sale to the public.

Seller is not obligated to refund, no exceptions and Breeder does not pay medical bills buyer incurs. We offer exchanges only as per the terms of held this contract.____________ Initials

Local pick ups are done at Breeder's Veterinarian office for health certificate, unless other arrangements have been mutally agreed upon.

Vet Examination/ Fecal exam Required - Buyer agrees to have a Veterinarian examine purchased puppy within 48 hours of adoption, including an office fecal exam testing for parasites and worms.

Fourteen Day Parvo Coverage-  Please note that many breeders nowadays do not waranty for Parvo at all. Read their contracts and see for yourself. We use Neopar so a puppy from us should not contract Parvo. Blood tests and fecal test for Parvo are not conclusive. Veterinariasn often label any vomiting or dipareeha signs as "Parvo" so Seller requires that Buyer has there Vet do A SPECIFIC TEST to rule out Giardia, Campylobactor, Ecoli and Salmonella. These are illnesses that can mimic Parvo. A FECAL GLASS SLIDE TEST  must be submitted by your Vet to a lab. If this test  comes back negative then the breeder would accept a Parvo diagnosis. If your puppy should die from Parvo within 14 days of buyer taking possession, the breeder will provide a free replacement puppy if the following conditions are met by the buyer:
1. Buyer must notify breeder within a few hours of puppy being ill.
2. The required Vet visit and office fecal was done within 48 hours of buyer taking possession.
3. Within a few hours of illness, A fecal slide test was sent to a lab by Vet to look for parasites, campylobacter, Ecoli and Salmonella.

Worms and Parasites. Breeder requires all puppies have a fecal exam done at  the Buyer's Vet's office within 48 hours of buyer taking possession. Even if the fecal is negative the Breeder advises a repeat fecal exam within 10 days of the first. We reimburse for cost of medications.

Genetic One Year Health Warranty - Seller guarantees puppy until twelve months of age against life threatening congenital defects of the heart, liver, and brain. If a proven life threatening congenital defect is found within this time period, the buyer must notify breeder within 5 days of findings. Breeder must be given medical records and documentation of proof, only then breeder will provide ONE of  the following resolutions:
1. Upon return of the fatally ill dog, Seller will issue a credit of the cost of the dog, minus shipping, to be used with the Seller for a replacement puppy from one of Seller's litters.
2. Buyer may retain defective dog and still receive a replacement once the buyer has spent up to the cost of the dog in non elective medical care for a proven definite genetic defect of the heart, liver or brain.

If puppy is diagnosed as having a disabling, crippling, or deadly genetic defect which  resultz in death or euthanasia within the one year warranty period and the buyer wishes to make a claim for a new puppy, the following will be required:
1. Buyer must pay for a post-mortem necropsy (autopsy) to prove genetic defect causing death. Necropsy will be performed at buyer’s expense.
2.  A photo of the deceased puppy/dog must be sent with the necropsy report for I.D. verification.
(Under no circumstances is purchased puppy to be euthanized without Sellers knowledge and consent as this will void replacement warranty)

Vaccines : Distemper-Parvo-Parainfluenza- Adeno-2-Hepatitis ( called a 4-way) Some Veterinarians prefer 3-way puppy shots and Seller approve of this.

Rabies: Rabies vaccine must be given alone and not combined with any other vaccines, nor should the Rabies vaccine be given closer then 1 month of any other vaccines.Most Vets will permit you to hold off on Rabies until your puppy is 6 to 8 months old or older.

Expenses - Purchaser agrees not to hold the Breeder responsible for veterinarian
fees or medical expenses beyond any exclusively described and outlined terms within the confines of this sales agreement. Buyer is responsible for all medical bills he incurs for the puppy and agrees to not hold the seller of said puppy responsible for any such incurred expenses. Shipping, and also delivery charges are the responsibility of the purchaser._______________initials

Estimated adult weight  is based on 1 year of age. We have a 99 percent accurancy and many of our sales are to return customers. Since we keep our puppies until a minimum of three months of age we can catch a change in charting weight and advise you to change to another puppy. This careful observation of ours prevents families who hold size as the second prority to heath, from taking home a puppy that could grow larger then you desire. Neutering and diet after age 1 can affect weight.

Pick up dates: Every puppy has a release date. One week late grace period is given for emergencies,  followed by $25 per day charge puppy is in our care when the puppy should be in your care.

                              ~~~~~~     OUR SHIPPING YOUR PUPPY TO YOU    ~~~~~~
We often sell our puppies to loving families throughout the United States and Canada. This means a flight. As an experienced breeder who has flown puppies safely for years, I can assure you that it is a safe way for puppies to travel once they are socialized and enjoy the company of all people. Well socialized puppies trust not only the breeder who raised them, but all people in general.
Puppies who are secure in themselves and have balanced personalities, trust and love people. Such puppies handle flights well and walk out of their carriers with tails wagging. We have dozens of customer references on sisxteen pages of testimonials detailing this.
When our Chihuahua pups are anywhere from 12 to 16 weeks old we will prepare them for the flight to you. We will set the lfight and email the information to you with the exact location and time to pick up your puppy.
On board the airplane your puppy will share the same room temperature as human passengers. Your Chihuahua puppy will breath the same air. Puppies are kept in a climate and pressure controlled area of the airplane where they remain safe and secure during the flight. Suitcases are not kept in climate and pressure control areas, so puppies aren't thrown in with the luggage, as is a rumor!
We take great care at preparing our Chihuahua puppies for flight. We use a permanent  marker to print your name, address and airport on the carrier your puppy stays in during flight.During the warm months we line the inside with non-ink waterproof  paper, a pee pad or pad and several layers of paper towels, a soft blanket and toy to cuddle with and toys. We place food, water inside with the puppy. Puppies can walk freely inside the carrier which is more than human passengers can do  while in flight and strapped to their seats.During the winter months the temps on board remain the same as during the summer, but for the short 10 to 20 minutes of  time the puppy is taken off the airplane and is exposed to cold temps, we add source of heat that maintains temperatures for 8 to 10 hours. We do add waterproof lining, blankets, stuffed animal and absorbant material. Always food and water.
